RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange:

Changes (size/color/style, etc.) can be made within 7 days of receiving the item. The item can be replaced free of charge in the following cases:

a) The product you received does not match your order information, such as size/style/color, etc.;

b) The goods you received are damaged.

If the item you received matches the order information, you will need to pay a small shipping fee for the replacement item.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns (if applicable):

You have the right to request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Cycle: The order amount will be returned to your account within 3-7 working days after you apply for a refund.

Refund amount: After deducting the 3% credit card processing fee.

Conditions to be met for a refund:

a) The goods you received do not match your order information or are damaged;

b) The product you received does not match the product description;

c) It has not been used, and the goods are kept in good condition, including the hang tag.

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

Damage caused by accidents
Improper care
Normal wear and tear
Breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure
After-market modifications
No returns/exchanges will be accepted for products with water exposure.
DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY:

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

We will use this information to assist you with your order and eliminate errors in the future.

Lastly:

Can I cancel my order before the product reaches me?

If it is due to the customer's reason and the wrong model was selected when placing the order, you should contact us at info@altasawwq.com within 24 hours to replace the goods in time. If the goods have already been shipped and need to be replaced, the buyer must pay for reshipment shipping if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects, and the exchange is not due to our error.
