Order

1. How to place an order?

Select the product model you want to buy, click checkout, enter your delivery address, and select the order payment method, the order is successful.

2. How to change the item model in an order?

When you place an order on the website, we will contact you via email within 3 hours to confirm the delivery address information and product model, if you have a change request, you can contact us at any time before the order is sent.

4. How do I track my order?

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but only if your order has not left our warehouse. We would be more than happy to help, please Contact Us immediately. However, once the order has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel your order.

Yes. We provide COD for customers in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, More information can be found Here .

2. What types of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit Card, mada (only available in the Saudi Arabia), knet (only available in the Kuwait), benefit1 (only available in the Bahrain). If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

3. Which currencies are supported

Prices on our website default to your country's currency. If it doesn't match, you can change the currency to your liking by changing the currency in the upper left corner. Cash on delivery can only be paid in the currency of your delivery location.

Returns and Exchanges

1.What is the return and exchange policy?

Online purchases (excluding giveaways) made through this site are subject to exchanges and returns within 7 days of receipt of all items. All returns/exchanges must be returned in perfect, undamaged, resaleable condition (i.e. the product is not creased or worn) and in its original packaging. Please click here for more information.

2. How long does a refund take to process?

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account. For credit card refunds, between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

3. Do you offer free shipping on returns?

Currently, exchange orders in all countries are free of charge. Returns We only offer free returns for orders in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Once we confirm your return request, please contact us for a free shipping label. For other countries: We currently do not cover return shipping, you will need to pay for it yourself.
